If Dubai had any money they might have built it :P next to the Palms (thats still not 100% complete) or next to The World (thats still not 100% complete), or next to, or next to, or next to :P LOL

Dubai is suffering for the world credit crisis yet officially Dubai announcing solid economy. A bit of transparency would help
