what the hell is wrong with this country? does anyone understand the implications of changing THE EMERGENCY NUMBER!!!!!
the beauty of an emergency number is that it is
an easy to remember 3 digit number
that keeps changing every few years???? what was the last time 911 was changed?
oh and they are INFORMING us by those FEW screens you see on the roads...

I would like to ask a general question, and its not only for Mowgly, its for everyone. Did anyone ever talk about any good thing which is provided by this country??? Why we have to go and find all the things which we dont like to talk about it and make it a big deal.
Why No one just talk about the great Ne3ma in this country.
In other countries, people are living in the streets, They are eating other's shit to survive, they are looking for something to wear from the Garbeg. On the other hand, we are sitting here in our big houses, using our expeinsive Labtops, sitting in relaxing couches infront of our 150" Plazma TVs, to write comments about the emergency number.
I know there are lots of wrong things, but thats not mean that we have to ignore the good things.

Anonymous, I think you're missing the point.
Attacking or criticizing something does not mean that you are not grateful for having a roof to live under and food to nourish your body, and clothes to keep you warm. Pointing out the stupidity and the backwardness in some regimes or governments is about making steps towards improving them.
You can't fix something if you don't think it's broken. You might be happy with everything, but certain people would like a few things to improve.

This is a country that provides its locals with extremely great benefits. I know of no of no other country that offers that amount of freedom and dough to its citizens.

As for the emergency number, it really don't matter since they'd never get there on time anyway. The pizza Hut delivery guy has a better chance of getting there earlier.

IF.... IF... all i want is to live in a country where my basic needs are met, food, health, safety.
BUT... if you see MASLOW'S HIERARCHY OF NEEDS,
people need something more after the basics are met, we need culture, we need humanity, we need common decency, we need respect to other individuals, etc.... in this Kuwait is failing...
you know why? because the people who are on top of all the committees and in ministries, in all honesty, DO NOT know any better... they are uneducated and if they were, they are too selfish to care about the common Kuwaiti.

if you take only 9....... if i am not mistaken, to get the total amount of combination possible do
9^8 (9 to the power of 8)= over 43 Million numbers....
so we have the 9.... and the 5.... and the 6.... loooool i do not think Kuwait has already used 120 MILLION numbers...

i think the reason is that the new number is going to be an internationl number for emergency used in all arab countries..that is why. ( they want to unify the number for easy memorizing )
